| CFD

Complement factor D (CFD), also known as lipase, is a serine protease that is required to activate complement bypass pathways. CFD is a member of the peptidase family of trypsin and is encoded by the CFD gene. CFD is expressed in a variety of tissues, including monocytes/macrophages, muscle, sciatic nerve, endometrium, kidney, intestine, and especially at high levels in fat cells.The encoded protein has a high level of expression in fat, suggesting a role for adipose tissue in immune system biology.

The recovery of Mouse CFD spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
